Delhi Metro Linear Heat Detection

AP Sensing was selected by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to provide our Linear Heat Detection solution to monitor its phase III underground tunnel project.

Commissioned in 2018 by our local partner TECHFAB Systems, our system provides coverage in three different sections of the metro system, providing coverage for 10 underground metro stations and a domestic airport. 13 Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) devices are in use for monitoring hot spots, tunnel temperatures which vary during congestion and ventilation system operation modes.
